自分専門卒看護師だけど2年目で夜勤込み手取り28万だぞ
当たり前だが残業は月5時間くらいで年休124くらい

強いて言うと、勤務時間内なら肉体的にキツいのは許容できるけど
人間関係できついとこ引き当てると勤務時間だからって割り切れるもんじゃない
