菅義偉総理大臣の目玉政策である、携帯電話料金の「値下げ」。退陣によって、「値上げ」される可能性が出てきました。

3日、菅総理の自民党総裁選への不出馬が伝わると、東京市場では「衆議院選での与党大敗の懸念が後退した」として、株価が軒並み急上昇しました。
週明けの6日も続伸し、日経平均株価は、大台の3万円台目前です。
TOPIX（東証株価指数）も2041ポイントと、バブル期の1990年以来、31年ぶりの高値で取引を終えました。
こうしたなか、特に注目を集めているのが、携帯電話料金の値下げです。
去年12月、「携帯電話については、4割は下げられる」と、菅総理が目玉政策に掲げ、料金引き下げを強く要求してきた携帯大手3社の株価は…。
