’98年1月、18歳のときに覚醒剤取締法違反で逮捕された高橋容疑者。以降も’00年10月、’07年11月、’18年9月に覚醒剤所持を理由に逮捕されている。高橋容疑者が逮捕されるのは、今回で5度目だ。
