楽天モバイルは国内通話は無料。基本料金も1GBまでなら無料。
つまりタダでスマホが持てるんや。
ワイは7月まで1年間基本料金無料のキャンペーン入ってたから0円やったんやが
(ユニバーサルサービス料も無料)
キャンペーンが終わった8月でも月の使用量を1GB以下に抑えてたから
月の料金はユニバーサルサービス料の3円だけや。

うっかり1GB越してしまっても従量制やから安心や。

基本自宅で動画やサイトをオフラインでも閲覧できるようにダウンロードしておいたり、
積極的にフリーWiFiを使えば月に1GB超えることはない。
超えそうになったらモバイルデータ通信をオフにすればおk
タダでスマホが維持できる。
