東京電力福島第一原発の収束、廃炉作業で、事故直後から放射線量の高い現場で働く作業員らに支払われてきた危険手当が大幅に中間搾取（中抜き）され、
支給時に日額「三百円」に減額された事例があったことが、本紙が入手した内部資料や関係者の証言で分かった。
これまでも中抜きの横行は公然とささやかれてきたが、具体的に裏付けられたことはほとんどなかった。

清掃要員で雇うとする、けど閑散期にこいつは絶対要らんなるけどクビにできん
となると清掃業専門の下請けに出した方がよくなる
