非常勤や兼任は正規の教員になれぬ憤りを講義の熱心さに転化するから真面目に講義してくれる
でも「オレの話を聞け」的な考えだから講義系の科目なのに出欠にやたら厳しかったりする
出欠取るなら普段来ないうるせー学生も来ざるをえないわけで非常勤や兼任の大学内輪ネタは真にウケないほうがいいよ

似たような話でクレームに対して「気にしないでください」ってのも聞いたことがある
