福岡県警柳川署は21日、詐欺の疑いで、住所不定、無職の男（63）を現行犯逮捕した。
逮捕容疑は21日午後5時ごろ、福岡県柳川市の食堂で、カツ丼1杯を食べ、代金650円を支払わなかった疑い。
柳川署によると、食事を終えた男は、店主に「金がない。警察に通報してくれ」と依頼。
店主は「支払いは今でなくてもいい」と断ったが、男は店の外にある公衆電話で110番した。
男は「（過去の事件で服役し）出所から間もなかった。所持金は96円しかなく、腹が減っていた」と話しているという。
