これらが住民は全部無料で使えるんやから外行く必要ないよね
でも何百人と住んでてたった一部屋とかしかないのに本当に利用したい時にいつでも利用出来るんか？
基本的にパーティルームやシアタールームとかは一部の設備は予約制やな
自分の住んでるタワマンは大規模なんやけどプールあったけど夏でもガラガラやったで
どんだけ体力あるんや
あれ中にスーパー、ジム、図書館、おまけに学校や保育園があるからほぼそのマンション内で生活できるやん
近くにコストコとイケアとイオンシネマ
幕張のアパホテル在住ですねこれは
税金でもないのに
管理費+修繕費で月4～5万や
ああいう金持ちは普段どこに遊びに行ってるんやろか
朝4時起床で一日中付き合わされるわ
窓なんか閉めきってるし
肉体労働は辛いから嫌だとか言いながら
なにもしないでいるとぶくぶく太って醜くなるからジムに通って肉体に負荷かけてるわけだし
タワマン住むなら一軒家でよくね
2階ならタワマンの意味そんなにないんだわ
一軒家買うか賃貸でええわ
セキュリティがしっかりしてるってのが一番で
景色が綺麗ってのが2番で
あとは用便願いますって感じ
共有設備が豪華
駅直結などアクセスが良い
周辺の道が整備されてて運転しやすい
基本的に高所得が多いから住民層が良い
売却の際に値下がりしにくい
