一年前に初めて挑戦してみて、その時は普通の小麦粉で作ったら全然衣が付かない上にべっちゃべちゃで天ぷらとは呼べないものができた
今回天ぷら粉でやってみたら簡単に衣ついてカラッと上がった

マジで天ぷらって小麦粉が大事なのな
