熱海市伊豆山における土石流災害の現場近くには、11の太陽光発電所のIDが確認できた。
調整池が見当たらないのはメガソーラーが分割されていたからである可能性がある。
土石流との因果関係は不明。だからこそ調査が必要。

実は設置場所をすこしほって全体が調整池だとか、パネルの下に溝掘って調整池という場合もあるので航空写真だけではよくわからない調整池
