30階の中古物件を購入したIT会社経営のA氏（54歳）

高い値段を払っているのだから当然、

8000万円を超える高級物件で、

不動産コンサルタントの長嶋修氏は

「意外かもしれませんが、
タワマンは騒音トラブルが少なくありません。
縦に長い構造上、軽量化が求められ、
居室の仕切り壁は鉄筋コンクリートではなく、
頑丈なパーテーションのような
軽い素材を使うケースが多い。
そのため遮音性が低くなりがちなのです」
