介護が受け皿となったがそこも未整備
そらそろあわて始める頃
入居者は高い金払ってるから高い金貰ってると思って高い要求してくる
リーダーになれば手当てもつく
しかしそれに見合ってない労働量だしそこからは勤務年数とかの等級で微増し続けるだけなのであまり望めず
若いうちに転職することだな
介護の崩壊は国民全体で考えないとだめだ
介護職だけが人生潰すのはおかしい
もう少し欲しいわ
