ストーカー規制法違反の疑いで、神戸市北区、無職の男（２４）を逮捕した。
逮捕容疑は今年７月２８日と８月２日、好意を寄せていた女性（２８）が勤務先の冷蔵庫に保管していた飲料水入りペットボトルに尿を混入し、女性に不快な思いをさせた疑い。
いずれも女性は口を付けていないという。
同署によると、男は「飲料水入りのペットボトルに自分の尿を入れたことに間違いありません」と認める一方、「８月２日の件は記憶にない」と否認しているという。
男は以前、女性と同じ会社に派遣社員として勤務。事案が発覚した後、派遣会社が男を解雇したという。
同署によると、女性は普段から水などを入れた５００ミリリットルのペットボトルを冷蔵庫に入れていたが、色や臭いがおかしいことに気付き、会社に相談。
社内の調査で、男が女性のペットボトルを持って歩いていたことが確認され、説明を求めたところ、「好意があった」と話し、行為を認めたという。
今月２２日、女性が三田署に相談。関係者の証言などから男を特定した。
同署によると、女性は「以前にもペットボトルの色がおかしいことがあった」と説明しているという。
