藤沢市江の島で開催されるセーリング競技は都内の選手村から会場が離れているため、選手らは大磯町に設けられた分村に滞在することになっていて、13日の日中も、複数の関係者が訪れる様子が見られました。
この施設は大会期間中、最大600人の選手やスタッフらが利用するとみられ、感染症や安全対策のため一般客の宿泊はできず、会場への行き来にも専用車両が利用され、行動管理を徹底しています。
一方で、隣接する温泉スパ施設についてはフェンスなどの囲いがなく、施設の会員は利用できるといいます。 これについて大会関係者は、入り口や建物内の動線を分けているため「対策は十分」だと話しているということです。
