「想像より機体と音大きい」 大型旅客機飛ばし騒音測定 羽田新飛行ルート

国土交通省は2日、東京都心の上空を通過する羽田空港の新しい飛行ルートについて、大型旅客機を実際に飛ばす「実機飛行確認」を始めた。正式な運用が3月29日に始まるのを前に、管制業務の確認や騒音測定をした。
羽田では現在、東京湾上空から着陸するルートしか認められていない。新ルートでは羽田付近で南風が吹いた際、都心を北西から南東方向に縦断して着陸する。高度は新宿付近約1000メートル▽渋谷付近約700メートル▽大井町付近約300メートル。午後3～7時に限定されるものの、騒音被害も想定される。ルートの一部は、在日米軍横田基地が航空管制をしている「横田空域」内の東側を通過するが、日本側が管制を担う。
2日の飛行確認は、午後4時20分ごろから午後6時ごろまで行われた。品川区の臨海部・天王洲地区では、大型旅客機が「ゴー」と音を立てながら、高層ビルをかすめそうに見える高さで数分おきに通過した。近くに住む30代女性は「想像より機体と音が大きくて驚いた。小さな子どもがいるので落下物が不安」と話した。別の男性（61）は「毎日の生活の中で我慢できるレベルではない。ルートの見直しを」と訴えた。
新ルートは東京五輪をにらんだ国際線の増便が目的で、羽田の国際線の年間発着回数は約3万9000回増えて約9万9000回になる。飛行確認は3月11日まで計7日間程度実施され、国交省は飛行確認の翌日（土日祝日の場合は次の平日）、ルート下の18カ所で測定した騒音データをホームページで公表する。【松本惇、川村咲平】
