・市場調査
・メニューや単価の見直し
・仕入れ先や材料の見直し
・回転率とオペレーションの見直し
・施設の外と中のイメージコントロール
・安い販促サービスの活用
・Google MapやInstagramなど無料ネット媒体の活用
・Uber Eatsや電子決済の導入
・覆面調査サービスの利用

あんま金掛けられないならこのくらいやな
膨大な知識とノウハウある人に相談するとええで
テーブルや椅子の高さ一つでも回転率ひいては売上変わるからな
